Newham Parent Forum is a group that consists of parents and carers of children and young people with a range of disabilities in Newham, East London.
They meet on a regular basis with the aim of improving the services and support for children and young people with additional needs by raising awareness of unmet needs and by being a collective voice.
They do this by working in partnership with policy makers and practitioners in the local authority, sharing experience, knowledge and skills to ensure that all children with additional needs are fully included in society and have access to the support and facilities necessary to sustain their wellbeing and that of their families.
It is really important that they can represent the views and needs of as many parents and carers as possible, and to do that they need lots of parents to join them. So, if you would like to attend one of their meetings then just email: email@example.com.
